Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday , July 12th,

1976, at 7:30 p.m., to consider the following propos sed by-laws to amend the

"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By- law, 1969, No. 918":
1. ey —Law No. 1451: to rezone Lot 421, NW Section 6, Townshi P 40,

Plan 48883, from RS-2 (One~Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1

(One-Family Residential).
This property is approximately 2.3 acres in area and is located at

the South end of Fir Street North of the 700: Block Prairie Avenue,
and it is expected that 9 residential lots will be created following

completion of the rezoning procedures,

* py —tay No, 1452: to rezone Lot 205, District Lot 290, Group One,

‘Plan 34372, New Westminster District, from cS~2 (Service Station
Commercial) to RS~1 (One-Family Residential).

This property has the civic address of 1942 Eastern Drive and is the
site of the former Standard Service Station. It igs expected that

3 residential lots will be created following completion cf the

rezoning procedures.

Copies of the Proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from June 30th to July 12th,

1976.

All persons who deem thelr interest in Property affected by the

Proposed by-laws. shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
