The budget would be submitted to each council for approval. The budget document would
show the goals and objectives for the Program, individual activity descriptions and costs,
the total Program cost and cach municipalities share.

Tha budget format follows Coquitlam's system of accounts. The budge: sheet for 1995 and
1996 is included at appendix A. The budget for 1995 represents = partial year commencing

Subject to approval in principle by the respective councils, it proposed that the program be
