Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That Rezoning Application No. 92/93 for 2345, 2351, 2357, and 2367 Welcher Avenue be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: 1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. a. b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements. c. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department. Satisfaction of the Building Department concems. Satisfaction of the Fire Department concerns. Consolidation of the properties into one lot. Issuance of a Development Permit. The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. 2. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit #93/93; and 3. That the Mayor and Cierk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. Carried. Councillors Keryluk and Thompson voted against the resolution.
