1. INTRODUCTION

Tenders were invited for Project No. 900-121 an 6 May 1991. The Project is for thie reconstruction
of Westwood Street in Port Coquitlam including the following:

a) construction of 5,000 m2 of asphalt roadway with concrete curbs and road

markings.
construction of 1,800 m2 of concrete sidewalk

construction of 670 m of waiermain
construction of street lighting and traffic signalization

2. TENDERS RECEIVED

Four tenders were received and the unadjusted values are given in Table 1 below:

3. COMPLETENESS OF TENDERS

All tenders were checked for completeness. Each tenderer submitted a Bid Bond, Performance
Bond, Labour Bond and Liability Insurance.

All tenderers submitted Bid Bonds to the amount of 10% of the Contract value.
