Background: 1. Plan of proposed subdivision. 2. Letter of Preliminary Subdivision Approval dated June 6, 1990 from the City Approving Officer to Marathon Realty Ltd. Proposed Restrictive ‘Covenant document which restricts the placement of any buildings on the property until a sewer line is constructed to the boundary of the parcel. Comments: This subdivision application has met all the requirements for subdivision as outlined in the attached conditions of subdivision approval except for the preparation of the Building Permit Restrictive Covenant.
