The City to receive free and clear titte excapt
restrictive covenants, existing tenancies, and
easements in favour of utilities and Public
authorities,

The City to have possession of the Property
Subject to existing tenancies at 12 nmoen on
September Ist, 1983.

The City shal! Pay cash for the property
Provided the sale is completed by September
ist, 1983,

Notwithstanding that the City is to have
POSSesSSion of the Property at 12:00 Noon on

“September Ist, 1983 i+ is understood and agreed
that the vendors may continue to live on the
Property, without Payment, unt] February 29th,
1984,

5. The adjustment date for taxes and other charges
Shall be 12:01 acm. on September Ist, 1983,

AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
the documents necessary for the PUrpose aforesaid and
to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto,
