Freeman City Clerk Re: Zoning Amendment By-laws In Process , Now that the City's new Master Zoning By-law, No. 1628,has received third reading, it is necessary that five (5) Zoning Amendment By-Laws that have received third treading be restated in terms of the new Zoning By-law and if Council are in agreement with this procedure, the five resolutions quoted below could be given consideration. Each project ig indentified prior to the quotation of the resolution necessary for that particular By-lew. 1. 36 residential lots on East side of 3500 block Cedar Drive: - "Phat the third reading of By-law No. 1598 as given on May 8th, 1978 be rescinded; That the said By-law be amended by striking out the words “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" wherever they appear and sub- stituting the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628"; That the said By-law be further amended by striking out the words "Rs-2 (One Family Suburban Residential)" wherever they appear and substituting the words "RS~2 (Single-Family Residential)"3 That the said By-law be further amended by striking out the words "RS-1 (Gne Family Residential)" wherever they appear and substituting the words "RS-1 (Single-Family Residential)"; AND THAT the said By-law No. 1598, as amended, be read a third time." 2. Southside Baptist Church "That the third reading of By-law No. 1604 as given on May 15th, 1978 be rescinded; That the said By-law be amended by striking out the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-Law, 1969, No. 918" wherever they appear and sub- stituting the words "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1978, No. 1628"; That the said By-Law be further amended by striking out the words "RS=1 (One Family Residential)" wherever they appear and substicuting the words "RS-1 (Single-Family Residential)"; ; AND THAT the said By-law No. 1604, as amended, be read a third time."
