Hydro & Power Authority be requested to consider providing a bus service for students in the morning and afternoon between the new Hastings Junior~Secondary School and the Eastern portion of the City, and that the Board of Schcol Trustees, School District No. 43 (Coquitlam), be asked to support: this request. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Mabbett stated he felt the Council should pressure the School Board and local Government representatives to assist in resolving the problem, rather than approach the B.C.
