Dear Sir: Re: 2245 Shaughnessy Street - Denny's Investments Ltd.

Reference is made to your letter of October 23rd, 1975 and to
the City Clerk's interim reply of December 19th, 1975.

Please be advised that your request to close a portion of
Central Avenue so that the residence at 2245 Shaughnessy Street would no
longer encroach on the public road allowance was discussed at the Public
Works Committee Meeting heid Monday, December 22nd, 1975. I must inform
you that the Committee will be unanimously recommending to the City Council
that no change in the present situation be considered. It is anticipated
that this recommendation will be considered at the regular Council meeting
held Monday, January 12th, 1976.
