Solid Waste Disposal Study) to implement a Pilot Solid Waste Recycling Project in Port Coquitlam, As you are aware from the Solid Waste Recycling Study prepared by W.R.E. Hickman and J.C. Jensen, a favourable citizen response to a unique Reclamation Survey indicates a willingness by many householders in Port Coquitian to separate garbage at source. It would appear desirable and Practical to implement a Pilot Solid Waste Recycling Project to follow up the results of the Reclamation Survey in order to determine the following: (1) The actual time required to collect separated waste. (2) The actual costs of collecting separated waste. (3) The actual extent of citizen participation over a period of time.
