The Parks

& Recreation Committee met with Bob
Sutter
to review various aspects of P.C.A.A.A. in regard to
their goals and vision. Several issues were
discussed; some of which were coaching development,
role of P.C.A.A.A. in Port Coquitlam, relation" with
the Parks & Recreation Department etc.

Alderman Thompson also told Bob that the P.C.A.A.A.
grant had been reduced from 46.00 to 44.50 per
athlete registered with P.C.A.A.A.
The meeting was very successful.

That the grant be 44.50 per participant.
That the Parks & Recreation Committee meet on a
regular basis with P.C.A.A.A. to discuss issues

etc. (every three months).
