RECOMMENDATION ;

That this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from A-1
(Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act
subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning

b Satisfaction of Engineering requiremente.

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department.

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns.
Satisfaction of the Fire Department concerns.

Issuance of a Development Permit.

2. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit #
102/93;

3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions notad above.
