The Prograrmer agrees with the Corporation:

2,02 To perform all the duties and work associated with the
position of programmer as is and will be required by the Corporationge
for a total of 4C hours each week for the entire period of the

Contract with the exception of the 3 weeks leave and Statutory Holidays
48 granted in paragraph 1.03 and the special leave as may be granted
in paragraph 4.04,

2.01 (A) To accept loss of pay for any leave of absence approved by

the Corporations such as sick leave.

2.02 To indemify and save harmless, the Corporations from and
against all clains, demands, Payments, suite, actions, recoveries,
and judgements of every nature and description, brought or recovered

against the Corporations with reapect to programming services,

2.03 To provide his ow transportation at his ow expense.

2.08 | To keep a log of hin tine spent on the varioug applications

for the various Corporations.

2.05 To advise the Corporations in writing three (3) months
before the expiration of the contract his decision as to whether he ts

prepared to enter with & renegotiated contract.
