Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks & Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns; Issuance of a Development Permit; and g. The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 2/933 and 3) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. BACKGROUND: This application is for the development of an apartment project comprising two buildings with a total of 116 suites. The site is currently zoned RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and is designated for "Apartment" use in the 0.C.P.
