Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering requirements}; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; and Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and subdivision along the Phase I, Phase II boundary. BACKGROUND: A Rkezoning and Development Permit application has been received for the construction of a 91 unit apartment building at 2425 Pitt River Road. The site is currently zoned A-1 (Agricultural) and is designated for "Apartment" | uge in the Official Community Plan. The project is subject to the guidelines outlined in Development Permit Area VI — Downtown.
