I wish to apply for a varience, with regards to the soffit
on the north west corner of the building, encroaching into the
Casement? The approximate height of the area involved is 14 fee:
from ground tavel.,

Since area ft am talking about is in picture you can see it
is only a small area. I would algo be willing to accept any
responsibility for damage to my property in the even of any
work to '3 done on sewer line in easement.

Please advise to any Solution possible or alternatives to
this situation. Thank you,
