Further to the meeting of November 21st, 1990 the Joint Muriicinal Committea has drafted .
an Expression of Interest and a Request for Proposal to consultants, (Appendix “A“). Prior 7 :

1. Agreement with creating a Task Force of Hugh McKay, Ken Wright and Bill Hayes to :
Manage the calf for Proposals and the subsequent project on behalf of the Joint :
Committee.

2. Your agreement with the Request for Proposal as attached.

3. Your agreement to canvas those Lower Mainiand Municipalities identified on _
Appendix ”B” jn accordance with process described therein. 7

+. Your agreement to administer the funding of this project on behalf of the Joint
Committee and the participating municipalities,
5. Your agreement with the propased process to select a consultant and obtain prices
and funding by January 24th, 1991,
