Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbila which are more particularly described as; That part of Lot "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, Plan 5917, New Westmi: ‘er District, included within the heavy outline and identified "To Be Zoned RM-3" on the plan attached to this Bylaw ag "Schedule A” and having an area of 1,459 ha, plus or minus, is hereby rezoned from A~1 (Agricultural) to RM~3 (Townhouse Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" ig hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2. A copy of the plan referred to in Section l and identified as Schedule A 13 attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. 3.
