A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitla
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the Clty of Port Coquitlam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those Certain parcels of land situated In Port Coquitlam, British Columojia which
is more particularly described as:

Lots i, 2 and 3
Blocks 13, 14 and 15

District Lot 232

Group One

Plan 1932

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.

2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2250".

Read a tirst time by the Municipal Councl! this 5th day of January, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council! this 5th day of January, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 26th day of January, 1987.
