(the "“Servient Lands")

which is shown outlined within the heavy outline
on Explanatory Plan of

B.C.L.S., a copy of which is attached hereto as
Schedule "A" (the "“Easement") and the dominant

tenament shall be the lands set out in Schedule
"B" attached hereto and

Easement dated the

conduct survey and examinations;

dig up and remove soil; and

construct, install, operate, maintain, alter,
renew, inspect and replace a conveyor system
at the location shown on Schedule "A" and in
accordance with the specifications set out in
Schedule "C" together with all ancillary

attachments and fittings (the "Works") ;

carry onto the Easement all material and equipment
required for any of the foregeing purposes;

Clear the Easement and keep it clear of anything
which in the opinion of Canfor constitutes an
obstruction to carrying out the Works;

cross over the Servient Lands for reasonable

access of the Easement and make reasonable
ancillary use of the Servient Lands for carrying
out the Works; and
