A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on May 12th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Alse in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau, Recreation Director K.J. Taylor, and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking advised the meeting the following Proposed By-lawsto amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered. By-law No. 1750: To remove the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of RS-I1A. This property is located at 2274 Lobb Avenue and is being rezoned in order to permit the re-subdivision thereof in order that a usable additional lot may be created to be used for single family residential purposes. No one was present in opposition to the foregoing proposed Zoning By-law Amendment. By-law No. 1751: To remove the Zone Designation of RS~2 assigned to Lot 113, Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 24333, New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of RS=1, This property is located at 890 Victoria Drive and is being rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof into two single family residential lots. No one was present in opposition to the foregoing proposed Zoning By-law Amendment. By-law No. 1752: To remove the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to Lot 145, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 42675, New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of RT-l.
