ITEM I

Re: Speed Bumps in Lane Morth on Salisbury between Vincent % Sefton

As part of the 34-unit townhouse apartment project between
Vincent and Sefton the Building % Protection Committee had requested that
the Developer install speed humps in the ahove mentioned lane. These
speed bumps have been installed as requested and the Committee would,
_ therefore, request that Council authorize this installation and revise
the Traffic 8y-law to provide for a & mile ner hour snoed limit.

ITEM II

Re: Traffic Accidents - 2.C.™.P.

The Committee met with Corporal Melanson to discuss the
increasing number of traffic accident and in particular the increase
in the number of accidents in the Mary Hill Road - “ilson Avenue vicinity.
Corporal Melanson reviewed cach accident in detail and it is apnarent
that the accidents were of a random nature and that no sinale cause can
be identified as contributing to the accidents. “either fornoral Melanson
or the Conmittee feel any changes to the existing intersections or traffic
control devices are necessary at this time.
