which is the Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this By-law,
2. The said Land Use Contract No. 8 shall extend to and shall regulate
the development and use of the lands described as:
Lot Eight (8), Block "A" of District Lots
Three Hundred Eighty-two (382) and Two
Hundred Eighty-eight (288), Group One (1)
and of Sections Seven (7) and Eighteen (18)
Block Six North (B6N), Range One East (RIE)
Plan 10150, New Westminster District
_3. Land Use Contract No. 8 shall have the force and effect of a
- "yestrdctive covenant running with the land described in Section 2 hereof
and shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office by
the City.
4 This By~law may be cited for all purposes as "Land Use Contract No. 8
Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1347", .
