Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned

Subdivision plan which has been submitted to this office for

approval by the approving officer. Lots 132, 133, 140 and .
141, do not meet tne Frontage requirements of Section 712(1) of
the Municipal Act, these proposed lots do however conform

with Section 413 of the City's subdivision of land Bylaw.

Would you please place this matter before the Municipal Council

with a request that the Council favourably consider
an exemption to Section 712(1) of the Municipal Act
in Section 712(2) of the Municipal Act.
