BY-LAW NO. 1349 NOV 25 1974

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Business Licence
“By-law, 1973, No. 1237".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

oo | The "City of Port Coquitlam Business Licence By-law, 1973, No.

1237" is amended by inserting, after Section 25, the following as Section

‘25h: .

— "254. Every person licensed as a "Contractor" shall on the
written request of the License Inspector provide (the
License Inspector with a list of all sub-trades engaged
on each specific job, ona form prescribed by the License
Inspector. Failure, neglect or refusal to submit such
list within two weeks of delivery of each written request

shall be an infraction of this By-law and render such

"Contractor" liable to the penalties hereby imposed."

2.00 This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

. Coquitlam Business Licence By-law, 1973, No. 1237, Amendment By-law, 1974,

No. 1349".
