BACKGROUND: This application is to rezone the property in the 2300 Block Lobb Avenue (Lot 2, D.L. 290, Group 1, NWD Plan LMP 7676), from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to permit a ten-lot subdivision. The area is dedicated as "Residential" in the Official Community Plan.
