SCHEDULE I

SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:

The use of the aforementioned property shall be restricted to the following uses permitted under
the "Neighbourhood Commercial (C-2) zone":

(a) Retail sale of goods and personal services providing for daily shopping needs of local
neighbourhood residents, providing that no single store exceeds 240 square meters (2,600
square feet) of gross floor area.

(b) Business and professional offices, limited to a total of 230 square meters (2,500 square feet)
of combined gress floor area.

(c) Cafes, restaurants and food take-out services (excluding drive-in restaurants), limited to a
total of 50 seats per establishment.

Commercial education and instruction services, and

Family daycare, group daycare, out of school daycare, nursery and chiid minding.
