BYLAW.NO. 2747

A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i.

The "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by adding to Section 301
the following after "M-3 Clean Industrial”:

"4-4 Business Industrial Park"

The Bylaw is further amended in Section 601, by adding, after the Industrial M-3 entry, the
following:

"M-4 930 m? 30m 18m 28 m'

3, The Bylaw is further amended by adding, "after Section 1003, the following Section 1004":
"1004. BUSINESS INDUCARIAL PARK. (Med)

INTENT

To provide a high-quality setting for low impact industrial, warehouse retail aud large
office uses.

USES PERMITTED

Processing and finishing of manufactured goods;

Warehousing, storage and distribution of manufactured or processed products,
Wholesale and warehouse retail sales;

Mail delivery business, sorting and distribution plant;

Automotive sales and accessory automotive service;

Accessory retail sales;

Laboratoriey and scientific and technical research establishments;

Trade, technical, professional and vacational schools;

Business, professional and technical offices;
