Mr. Darrell Penner (941-9823), a resident living in the area of the Lynnwood Avenue
and Cedar Drive pedestrian bridge, has requested a wing fence to be installed at either
end of the bridge. Mr Penner is concerned that it would be very easy for someone to
fall over the bank near the bridge approaches. |

T recommend a two (2) meter wing fence be placed at either end of the pedestrian
bridge approaches.

Kindly bring this matter to the attention of the Public Works Committee.

Attached are four (4) photographs of the pedestrian bridge approaches.
