Consult with the Provincial Ministry of Environment, Ministry of
Transportation and Highways, Federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans,
Fraser River’ Flood Control Program, Greater Vancouver Regional District
and other appropriate agencies to obtain their input as to the suitability of
network design.

Based on the selected conceptual design prepare preliminary design drawings
(plan and profile) using "AUTOCAD-VERSION 10" of all proposed drainage
works and detention areas except for pump stations, pumps and flood boxes.
All information will be provided to the City on 5 1/4 inch floppy discs and
will become the property of the City on completion of the project.

Preparation of cost estimates for the construction of the drainage network td

‘interim and ultimate standards.

Based on information provided by the City on land use estimate the length of
time required until the construction of the drainage works to the interim:and
ultimate standard will be required.

Prepare draft Drainage Development Cost Charge bylaw revisions based on
selected network & developed costs and timing. :

Prepare a full report summarizing the work, including the design procedure,
criteria, concepts, evaluation and recommendations.

Submit eight draft reports and 5 1/4" floppy disks with model & Autocad
information to the City for review and comments.

Submit fifteen final reports.

a Mindowoma Your Proposal Shall Include the Following:

An appreciation of the scope of the project.

‘A schedule to indicate the approximate length of time required for completion
of the various phases of the project from the Notice to Commence to the
submission of final report, including any recommended milestone mectings

throughout the project. ,

The curriculum vitae of personnel to be employed on this project. Please note
that if your firm is selected to undertake the project the City will only accept

the nominated personnel to work on the project. |

The fee schedule of the various personnel for your firm who will be employed
on this project. ; ;

The total fixed consulting fees for the completion of the project. Please show
the fifteen scope of work items separately with their individual consulting fee

and one grand total. |
