RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council authorize the Clerk's Office to notify
neighbor'!ts of this application for a relaxation of front and
rear yard requirements.

And That the Clerk's Office be authorized to place a resolution
on City Council's agenda following notification of neighbors to
relax Zoning Bylaw 2240, Section 801, Large Lot Residential
Zone, Subsections (4) Front Yard and (7) Rear Yard to permit
building encroachments.

COMMENTS:

This application has been submitted due to the irreguiar shape
of the subject property. it should be noted, the original!
subdivision plan acknowledged this problem and a restrictive
covenant was registered requiring the home constructed on this

property be architect designed.

In conclusion, approval of this application is recommended.
The plans for the house to be constructed on this property make
the best use of the lot and will be of a high architectural

standard.
