SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit 3/87

RECOMMENDATION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in
his memorandum of April 2nd, 1987 a Development Variance Permit
be approved to authorize a variance of requirements of Section
402, Utilities Required and Section 506 (2) Prohibited Uses to
permit subdivision of Lot 5, DL 232, Grp 1, NWLD, Plan 6269.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Counci! at its meeting
of April 13th, 1987 the owners and residents. of property
surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council!
are considering issuance of this Development Variance Permit at
its meeting of April 27th, 1987. Accordingly, at this time
written or verbal submission should be considered by the
Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the

Development Variance Permit should be issued.
