Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporer ion of the City of Port Coquitlam, in cpen
meeting assembled, enacts as follows

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquittam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

Lot 450,

District Lot 466

Group One ;

Plan 71228" vee

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of tne "City of Port Coqu Tlam Zoning Bylaw,

1979, No. 1651" is nereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

This Bylaw may be cited for al! ‘purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bytaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2213", : te
