advising of the meeting held with Mr. John Van der Hoeven and Mr. Dave 79 re SPCA patrol;

Alp of the S.P.C.A. and stating that the S.P.C.A. representative advised

during the meeting that extra patrols would commence probably within the

next week and that the Committee stressed the patrol should be conducted

at random on the weekends or in the evenings when wany of the dog problems

occur.
