MEMO TO: Mayor & Aldermen M meh Bat sp 1P7 A j : {] in t FROM: R.A. Freeman, City Clerk Ni Ci ~~ a S77 _ 2. Koma MAR 7 1977 Re: Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1468 in Process The above-noted Zoning Amendment By-law refers to the Commercial Develop- ment proposed for the South-east corner of Prairie and Coast Meridian Roads and before it can be further processed it will have to be amended so that it is stated in terms of the City's new Zoning By-law. Accordingly, might we suggest that Council give consideration to the following resolution: "That third reading of By-law No. 1468 as given on the 18th day of October, 1976, be rescinded; That Section 1 of By-law No. 1468 be amended: by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" and substituting therefore the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498"; by striking out the Zone Designation of "RM-1 (Low-Density Apartment Residential)" and substituting therefore the Zone Designation "RM-1 (Multiple Family Residential)"; That Section 2 of By~law No. 1468 be amended by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1468" and substituting therefore the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1468"; AND THAT By-law No. 1468, as amended, be read a third time."
