Re: Zoning Regulations Governing Public Buildings

At the regular Council meeting of July 28th,1975 a report from the
Planning and Zoning Committee concerning the above noted subject was
discussed. A copy of the said report is reproduced on the reverse side
of this memorandun.

“As a result of the Council discussion on July 28th the following two
'. resolutions were proposed: . :

"That as recommended in the report from the Planning and Zoning Committee,
July 24th, 1975, the development and use of public buildings should

‘comply with all relevant by-law regulations.
, Deferred."

"That the above noted resoluticn be deferred until August 25th, 1975.

Carried."
