A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port

Coquitlam, BC on Monday, August 8, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay, and Councillors M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot and M.A.
Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator T.M. Chong, City Clerk S. Rauh, Deputy
Administrator/Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Community
Planning C.R. Felip, Director of Personnel J.A. Deeks, Fire Chief G.W. Routley, Operations

Manager G.P. Voncina, and Deputy Treasurer W.R. Wiseman.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay asked Council if they wished to allow the following
petitioner to speak regarding the empty lot at Shaughnessy and Kelly? 7

Moved by Councillor Kerylulc:

That a petitioner be allowed to speak regarding the empty lot at Shaughnessy and Kelly.

His Worship, Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Ken Heys, 2380 Shaughnessy Street who

expressed thanks to Council for their favourable support and quick action regarding the cleanup
of the empty lot at the corner of Shaughnessy Street and Kelly Avenue. | 7
