That the above works be financed utilizing funds fron tne Tax Saie Reserve
Fund.

And That Staff be directed to prepare a Drainage ‘Storks Levelonment Cost
Charge Bylaw to fund the balance of the pump station and other drainage works
required in the drainage area tributary to the Coauitlam River south of the
CPR Tracks which are identified in Associated Engineering's report of April
1990.

From the Deputy City Engineer, August 9th, 1990 regarding Construction of
Sidewalk on Apel Drive.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Council approve the construction of 17G metres of sicewalk on the
east side of Apel Drive to complete the sidewalk between Coast Meridian and
Victoria.

And That $20,000 be allocated for this purpose from the Public Works
Special Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund.

From the Deputy City Engineer, August 9th, 1990 regarding Sanitary Sewer
Extension at 1869 Dorset.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the City reimburse Nr. T. Jovisch in the amount of $1,875
~epresenting half of the cost of extending a sanitary sewer main to provide
service to his lot at 1869 Dorset.

And That the cost of this payment be funded fron the 1990 Sanitary Sewer
Capital Budgec.

Coventry, Drittania, Suffolk.

That school zone signs be erected on Coventry at Westminster and on
Suffolk at Brittania with 30 km/h speed tabs as shown on the attached sketch
to establish a school zone on Coventry, Brittania, and on Suffolk east of

Brittania.

That The City Clerk be directed to prepare an amendment to the Traffic
Bylaw to reflect the above school zone.
