~2- The history and Problems discussed above torm the basis for Recommendation A to reaffirm the City's policy for rezoning existing nonconforming duplex buildings. Recommendation B is the Planning Committee's recommendation about how this could be best accomplished. The recommended procedure is to amend the RT-1 Two Fami ty Zoning District so that the distance separation for duplex buildings only applies to buildings constructed after the introduction of that Zoning District.
