A Bylaw to authorize the lease on
a month to month basis of 2275
Pitt River Road, Port Coquitiam,
B.C.

The Municipal Counci! ‘of The Corporation of tha City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fo! lows:

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam hereby
leases unto R.B. Mosier the lands described In the Schedule "A" attached hereto
for the period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions set out In
the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "At,

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam ara
hereby authorized to sign the said Lease on behalf cf the City and to attix the
City’s Corporate Seal thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for al] Purposes as the "Rental Agreement (2275 Pitt

River Road) Authorization Bylaw, 1985, No. 2154",
