Lot 28 of District Lot 231, Group l, Section 19, Block 6 North, Range 1 East, New Westminster District, Plan (the "Lands") and agrees to enter into the form of agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A". 2. Canfor agrees to enter into the form of agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" granting Canfor an Easement over the Lands. 3. The City and Canfor agree that the easement shall generally cross the Lands in a north to south direction and shall extend no more than 15 metres in an east to west direction. 4. The location of the easement over the Lands shall be agreed upon by the City and Canfor and in the event a form of Explanatory Plan cannot be agreed upon ‘then that disagreement shall be referred to a single arbitrator if the parties hereto or their legal representatives agree upon one, but should the parties hereto or their legal representatives be unable to agree upon the identity of any such single arbitrator, then the disagreement shall be referred to a single arbitrator duly appointed by a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia pursuant to the Arbitration Act R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 18 and the disagreement shail be dealt with and disposed of pursuant to the Arbitration Act R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 18 and every determination
