The City Clerk advised receipt of a report from the Public Works
Committee, January 8th, 1981 regarding servicing requirements for the
proposed subdivision of 759/767 Prairie Avenue covered by By-law No.

1797.

The City Clerk advised receipt of a memorandum from the City
Treasurer, December 8th, 1980 advising the Langan Avenue Local Improvement
cost in the anount of $108, 561.53 and he reported that By~Law No. 1798
was ready for first three readings.

That the City Treasurer's December 8th, 1980 memorandum advising

the Langan Avenue Local Improvement cost in the amount of $108,561.53,

be accepted.

Alderman Traboulay introduced a By-law to assess, levy and collect
the cost of the work of local improvement authorized by By-law No. 1747
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
