Freeman - City Clerk Re: 60 Semi-detached Units — Lougheed Highway Council will recall that a Zoning Public Hearing was held on the above noted project on April 17th, 1978 and that third reading was given to the necessary by-law at that time. The developer has now made all necessary deposits and fulfilled all City requirements and it is possible for final reading to be given to the by- law. -Additionally, in connection with this development, a subdivision plan is .xequired and if Council will refer to the photostat of that plan shown on the reverse side of this memorandum it will see that Lot 202 lying between Imperial Avenue and St. Michael Street is to be dedicated as “xoad". This lot is owned by the City and was acquired sometime ago (at no cost to the City) looking forward to the day when its dedication would be required. to complete the road pattern in the area and that day ‘bas now arrived. ‘Might we suggest that Council give consideration to passage of the following two resolutions: 1. “That By-law No. 1487 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted." 2. “That the subdivision plan of Block 5 of District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 17155 and of Lot 202 of District Lots 466 and 480, Group One, Plan 45195, New Westminster District completed by Frank 0. Speed, B.C.L.S., on the 10th day of March, 1977 and wherein the said Lot 202 is shown dedicated as "road" be: approved; : & } { i i i i z t t ‘ } } t } ; } i AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said subdivision plan and such other documents, deeds, plans, as may be necessary on behalf of ‘the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto." ; City Clerk
