The Municipal Council of Tie Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Fort Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October
3rd, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by~law co authorize

dssuance of a Land Use Contract:

By-law No. 1561: to authorize the Council to enter tuto a Land Use

Contract with Trinoda Holdings Ltd., Mezz 9304 Salish Court, Burnaby,

B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract

No. 24".which-said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of

the by-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 24 shall extend to
and repulate the development and use of land described as:
“Lot 399, Southwest Quarter, Section 6,-Township 40, Plan 44809,
New Westminster District. .
The above noted property is a 4.21 acre site located at 2986 Coast
_ Meridian Road and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 24 will permit the
jand, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat to be used
for certain uses permitted in the RS-1 (One-Family Residential): zone as set out
in the said Land Use Contract No. 24 in order to permit the creation of a 42-
unit single family strata title subdivision and various provisions are contained
in the said Land Use Contract concerning subdivision of property, the size,
shape and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters. A copy

of the proposed by-law may be inspected in the office of the City Clerk, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m.

and 4:30p.m. ~ on working days ~- from September 22nd, 1977 to October 3rd, 1977,
All persons who deem their interest. in property affected by the

proposed by~law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law. f 0
