Ltd. would be in attendance this evening to address the Council with respect to the recent construction work undertaken Engineer, March 4th, 1977, advising that Rossi Construction Co. Ltd. had submitted an invoice in the amount of $4,702.00 for corrective work to repair the leak at Hyde Creek Pool, and outlining a history of the pool 4 i t | at the Hyde Creek Pool. A memorandum was also received from the City : 1 { ‘ leak repair commencing in early July, 1976, and concluding in December, ; 1976. fete : Mr. Rossi, who was in attendance, spoke to the pool leak problem, and pointed out that the repair work he had been ordered to do under protest, was more extensive than actually required due to the difficulty in finding the exact location of the leaks, and he therefore requested his invoice as submitted to be paid.
