THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO.

A By-law to authorize the entering into of a 60 Months Renewal
Agreement with Neon Products Ltd. with respect to an Information Sign.

WHEREAS under By-law No. 928, cited as the "Information Sign Display
Rental Agreement Authorization By-law, 1969, No. 928" the Municipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was authorized and empowered
to enter into a Display Rental Agreement with Neon Products of Canada Limited
with respect to an Information Sign located on a portion of road lying West of
That Portion of "B' South of Road, Block 6, District Lot 380, Group One, New
Westminster District, Plan 4424, in the City of Port Coquitlam;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to extend the said Agreement for

a further period of 60 months;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Municipal Council is hereby authorized and empowered to enter
into a 60 Months Renewal Agreement with Neon Products Ltd. with respect to an
Information Sign lecated on a portion of road lying West of That Portion of
"B" South of Road, Block 6, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster
District, Plan 4424, in the City of Port Coquitlam; said 60 Months Renewal
Agreement to be in the form attached hereto.

2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such 60
Months Renewal Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal

of the City thereto.

3. This By-law may be cite for all purposes as the "Information Sign
