Alderman Traboulay_ referred ‘to a discussion that occurred a NeLean’ Park dur-
ing the City! s May Day ceremonies relating to the proposed ‘yelocation of the
Lougheed Highway along the Sharpe Steet alignment in the bistriet of Coguitlan in
which Premier David Barrett, ‘representatives of the Ranch Park Homeowners’ “Assoc~
dation, himself, and Several other. persons were involved and advised that during
the course of this discussion Premier Barrett stated that he did not at any time
indicate that the highway would not bee re-located but would follow its present ee
ali ignment. Alderman Traboulay stated that this was contrary to Information that
-had been provided. to the Council by Mayor ‘Scott nd he requested that Mayor Scott :
provide .an- explanation. for the apparent discrepancy in views as to ‘the Provinces ~
