nterest thereon by five annual equal instalinents of the

combined interest paynent and principal repayment required and the first such

installment shall Le paid in the year 1974.

3. The Mayor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to do all necessary

acts and things to carry out the intent of this by-law.

4. This By-law nay be cited as the “Real Property Purchase Short-tera

Borrowing By-law, 1973, Xo. 1221".
