Re: Work of Local Improvement

In connection with the proposed construction of storm
sewer, pavement, curb and boulevard on Grant Avenue from Well-
ington Street to Coast Meridian Road as a work of Local Improve-
ment I am pleased to report as follows:

(a) The lifetime of the work will be twenty years
(20).

(b) The estimated cost of the work is $85,985.00.

(c) The share or proportion of the cost which will
be specially charged against the parcels benefiting from or
abutting on the work is $13.75 per taxable front foot in accord-
‘ance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law,
1969, No. 912" for normal local improvement.
