September 10, 1990/243 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council neeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlan held in the Council Chambers, Port Coauitiam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, September 13th, 1990 at 7:30 p.n. The Council meeting was delayed for approximately 15 minutes. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen N.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G-R. Laking, and W.W. Stewart in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Engineer J. Zahynacz, and Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip- ZONING PUBLIC HEARING; His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised that the following proposed Bylaw would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2534 a. Lot "K” EXCEPT: the northerly 45 feet having 4 frontage of 45 feet on the Westerly boundary of the said Lot "K" by full depth of said lot and adjoining the northerly boundary, Plan 7121; and b. Parcel “A” (Reference Plan 4169); and ce. Parcel “E” (Reference Plan 2704); and d. Lot "B" Plan 14639; all in District Lot 379, Group l, New Westminster Districts; from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RMN-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 2670 Burleigh Street and 2651, 2661 & 2665 Jane Street and would permit the eynstruction of a 52 unit apartment on the property. A petition of approval was submitted by 16 residents of the area. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.
